With the average age of a homeowner in the UK being 30+ we believe there is a real gap in the market to offer high-end boutique rooms to young working professionals, who either can't afford to buy a house, or love sharing a house.
Having graduated from University 5 years ago we noticed a real opportunity in the market for this type of service, where like minded individuals all want to live in shared accomodation.
